Christine “Chris” Savoie, MPM, Property Manager, Texas Realtor®
Chris became our Property Manager in June 2012. She started in Real Estate in 2002 as a licensed assistant to a top-producing agent with ERA Colonial Real Estate. Chris enjoys providing quality property management to owners and the challenge of problem-solving as situations arise.
Chris was the first in this area to attain the RMP® (Residential Management Professional) designation through NARPM®. She was also the first in the area to attain the coveted MPM® (Master Property Manager) designation, also through NARPM®. There are only 165 designees with the MPM® designation world-wide. Chris has also attained designations through the Texas Association of Realtors® (TRLS, TRPM).
Chris was on the founding board of the local chapter of NARPM® and was the 2017 President and is the 2018 for the NARPM® Texas State Chapter in Formation. She is passionate about bringing educational opportunities specific to Property Management to the local area. She was also awarded the Commitment to Excellence award by ERA in 2017 for her dedication to the company, team player attitude and unfailingly striving for excellence.
Chris and her family re-settled in Central Texas in 2012, when her husband, Matt, retired as a US Army Major after 26 years of Army Service. They have two school-aged boys who are active in school functions, soccer and Ice Hockey (YES! Even in Central Texas!!!).
Samantha has been in property management since 2008 – all with Colonial Residential Properties, except for a brief 15 month foray into apartment management in El Paso. She enjoys the feeling of helping people acquire a rental house.
Currently working as a Property Management Assistant, her main focus is marketing the properties and processing the notices to vacate, as well as working with prospective tenants in finding their home.
Samantha and her husband, Andrew, have been married since May 2016.
Samantha is a 2010 graduate of Harker Heights High School and is working towards her real estate license. They have a spunky beagle, named Remmy. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys crafting and sewing.
Staci joined Colonial Residential Properties in October 2015. Before CRP, she worked as an assistant to one of the agents with ERA Colonial Real Estate. Staci works as our Occupied Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring the work orders placed by tenants are handled efficiently and making sure the owners are informed in a timely manner.
Staci retired from the US Army as an SFC/E7 where she spent 20 years and served two deployments. She is a mom of three and has two grandchildren and a member of Northside Baptist Church.
In her free time, you will find her at her kids’ sporting and school events. Being from Kentucky, Staci brings a touch of Southern Charm to our office.
Bianca is the newest member of our team, and just started with us in September 2017. Bianca has filled our Administrative Assistant role like it was waiting for her all along. Her favorite parts of her day are helping prospective tenants find their homes and “her work family”.
Bianca hails from Australia, originally. She has been married since 2002 to her husband Will, who retired from the US Navy and now works as an Engineer with BNSF. Bianca and Will have three spirited children who are 13, 10 and 3.
Raquel has been in property management for five years. Her focus has, and continues to be, accounting where she has strengthened her organization skills. She enjoys the troubleshooting to satisfy all parties’ issues.
Raquel has been with Colonial Residential Properties since April 2017. She finds CRP’s team atmosphere and commitment to community with our annual events (Blood Drives, MDA Fun Run and Fish Fry and more) gratifying.
Raquel served in the army as an Administration Specialist.
She was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal among others.
Raquel has been married to Collins Washington since 2009. Together, they have a blended family of 10 children and 8 grandchildren.
